The following represents the service and sales agreement between Mature Design and parties wishing to order design or communication services. Please read these terms and conditions prior to placing an order, as they constitute a legally binding agreement.

GENERAL

1. You must be a legal adult 18 years or age or of legal age in your place of residence to purchase adult graphics from Mature Design.
2. You agree to provide LEGAL LICENSED images that you wish to be used for the design. Mature Design does not supply any images. If the purchaser does not have their own images, a legal image provider can be recommended by the firm*. You hereby release Mature Design from any and all legal actions or monetary settlements arising from the client providing Mature Design with unlicensed/illegal images or content to be used for the development of your design. Mature Design DOES NOT design/use graphics depicting beastiality, child pornography, rape or simulated rape, or any actual violence that causes actual harm to body or illegal sexual situations.
3. You agree to pay in full for all images designed and/or produced by Mature Design for which you have placed an order.
4. We reserve the right to hold your final designs until which time a funds transfer has cleared the issuing account.
5. Payment must be made IN FULL for orders less than $400.00 USD before we will start on your project. Only after payment is received and has cleared will you receive your completed design.
6. For all orders over $400.00 USD, we require 50% of the total order to be paid in advance, before we will start on your project. Then upon completion of the design and approval of the sample designs, then remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before you will receive your completed designs.
7. All payments must be made by Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, Euro Card, Discover), in the form of Direct Wire Transfer or through WebMoney (No Personal Checks Please!)
8. Mature Design reserves the right to close all accounts on purchasers failing to make full payment on completed designs within (6) months. After such time, purchaser loses all rights to their designs and Mature Design reserves the right to reuse parts or all of the design in future projects.

 DESIGN AGREEMENT

1. All completed designs will be uploaded to this site for (10) days and the purchaser will be given an URL to obtain them. After the (10) days holding period the designs will be removed and a $20 charge assessed for files needed to be re-posted (after penalty payments have cleared).
2. Under penalties of perjury, I solemnly declare and affirm that I have read, understood and agree to all of the above statements and wish to conduct business with Mature Design in a manner that acts within ALL of the statements presented by this agreement.
3. I also affirm that I have printed a copy of this policy for my records and will have it available for review and/or affirmation for the life of the design created under the terms of this agreement.
